Russia and Arms Control: Extending New START or Starting Over?
This hearing will focus on the future of arms control agreements with Russia, particularly with the end of the Intermediate-Range Nuclear Forces (INF) Treaty and the looming negotiations over extending the New Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty (START).
